Previous Minutes
The Board unanimously approved the minutes of the previous meeting.
Matters Arising
There were no matters arising from the minutes of the previous meeting.
ATT Update
AB reported that the club were straightforward and open with their answers at the last meeting of the panel. AB said he would email the club regarding outstanding issues.
PC2 suggested that for the next ATT agenda that HTSA should add the topics from the last ATT that the club were going to come back to us on. This was based on the feeling that the ATT process was in danger of going around in circles.
The Board agreed that it was important to make sure that HTSA's women Board members could attend the next meeting on the trust's behalf.
ACV Application Status
TW reported that HTSA's application for the John Smith's Stadium to receive Asset of Community Value (ACV) status was close to being approved.
Sustainable Stadium Campaign
TW and NB will meet with Councillor Paul Davies to discuss the campaign and its aims on 25th March.
TW will represent HTSA at Football Supporters Europe's 'Climate Change and Fans' panel.
AB and Robert Pepper will meet with HGSA regarding the future of the stadium's ownership.
Membership
PR outlined a plan to increase membership and how this work could be actively shared amongst the board.
To help implement the plan TW has contacted Huddersfield University.
AB to ask SD for job description template that can be used for graduate media volunteer. This can then be shared with Huddersfield University.
AB to write article for publication in local press. This will publicise £1 memberships. Website to be updated.
Disabled Fans
PC2 has not heard any more information from the club beyond regarding return to stadium protocols.
PR to organise a meeting with the ticket office.
Accounts
AB reported that HTSA paid £39.78 to Wix to renew the HTSA domain hosting.
