Everything you need to know ahead of next month's AGM. UPDATE: Jeffrey Roy has withdrawn his candidacy.
As previously stated, the 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Huddersfield Town Supporters' Association (HTSA) will take place from 7-9pm on Thursday, 16th December via Zoom.
The AGM provides HTSA members with an opportunity to discuss the business of the association and club and elect a new Board.
On the last point, the chair and independent scrutineer of the Election Management Group has confirmed that seven vacancies were declared, and two nominations were received by the deadline, which passed at noon on 15th November.
In line with rule 8.3 of the association’s Election Policy, these two will be appointed to the Board subject to an individual affirmative ballot at the AGM.
The nominees are: Ross McLean and Jeffrey Roy. Read their candidate statements here.
You can find the draft minutes of the 2020 AGM here. The agenda for the upcoming AGM is here.
Register to attend the AGM here. Registration is open to everybody, but only members of the association will be permitted to vote. Those who register will receive a Zoom link.
