Disabled Supporters Club
The Huddersfield Town Disabled Supporters Club (HTDSC) was originally formed in 1999. The Club was reformed in 2003 and now meets on the second Wednesday of every month at Almondbury Disabled Leisure Club, from 7:30pm until 9:30pm. There are various refreshment themes for each meeting.
The Almondbury Club is wheelchair-friendly and membership is open to all types of disability. Friends and carers are welcome and membership costs just £10.
Members use various areas of the ground to support the team as the club has 242 spaces for wheelchairs and 26 positions for the visually impaired.
Meetings involve discussing the club’s progress and various football topics, along with the following:
- Games nights
- Horse and Dog racing nights
- Trips to Ten Pin Bowling
- Treasure hunts
- Outings for meals
The Disabled Supporters Club is affiliated to Level Playing Field, a group dedicated to disabled sports fans.
